A new seven-story, 218 unit apartment building (Type III-A & Type I-A) over 2 levels of subterranean parking (type I-A). Thirty-six residential units have been designated as affordable housing. The 174,000 SF project includes parking for 204 vehicles and 28,000 SF of amenitized open space.
