3-story, 27 unit apartment building

A 27-unit, three-story apartment building located in the Pico-Union Historic Preservation Overlay Zone area of Los Angeles. The building consists of a mix of studio, 1-bed, and 2-bed market-rate units. Designed to comply with the several Planning and Design Review guidelines in the area, the building is inspired by the American Foursquare residential style that is prevalent in the Pico-Union district. The project utilizes Tier-2 T.O.D. development incentives.
